How long is the tour?The duration of the tour can vary depending on the package chosen by the customer. We provide 1 hour, and 1.5 hour tours.

Is there a maximum weight limit for riders?Yes the weight limit for our vehicles is 300 lbs.

How old do you have to be to drive an ATV?The age requirement require drivers to be at least 18 years old.

Do you provide any equipment?Yes, we provide necessary equipment like helmets and goggles.

Do you have to wear the goggles and helmet at all times?Yes, for safety reasons, riders are usually required to wear goggles and helmets at all times during the ride.

Do you provide water during the tour?Yes we provide one bottle of water.

What's your cancellation policy?We require a 72-hour advance notice for rescheduling and do not offer cancellations.

What's your weather policy?Most companies operate rain or shine but may reschedule in the event of severe weather conditions like a tropical storm, hurricane, or tornado.

What should I wear and bring for the tour?It's recommended to wear long pants, a t-shirt, and closed-toe shoes. Bringing water, snacks, and a backpack for storing personal items is also advised.

Can two people ride on one ATV?Our ATVs are designed for one rider only.

What if I return the ATV later than my return time?Since we only provide tours, you will ride along with the tour guide and if they bring you back late there is no additional cost.

What measures are taken for COVID-19?We have measures in place to minimize the risk of COVID-19. This may include cleaning and sanitizing ATVs and gear before and after each use.
